Miss Assimwe Jennifer founded Chester Investment Limited in 2019 after recognising that the women driving Mukono's local economy were systematically excluded from formal financial services. With a background in finance and a deep commitment to community development, she built Chester from the ground up into a fully UMRA-licensed Tier 4 Microfinance Institution.
Under her leadership, Chester has disbursed over UGX 2 Billion to more than 1,200 women, always pairing capital with free financial training — because she believes knowledge is the most powerful loan of all.
Grace leads the Mukono branch with over 5 years of experience in microfinance field operations. She oversees loan officer teams, client assessment visits, and ensures every group formed in Mukono receives the full training and support they deserve. Known for her warm approach and deep community relationships, Grace is the backbone of Chester's flagship branch.
Patricia manages Chester's Kireka branch, bringing a sharp eye for client development and group sustainability. With a background in community banking and business development, she has grown the Kireka portfolio significantly since taking the helm. Patricia is passionate about Chester's training-first model and personally conducts many of the group education sessions in her area.
